JIM The Strategy Club was founded in 1982 by the JIM Institute. JIM- Jerusalem Institute of Management was established in 1974 by Harvard Business School Professors and Israel's industry leaders, in cooperation with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and later with the Faculty of Management of Tel Aviv University. The Institute was the pioneer and the only Senior Management Development organization in Israel in the areas of Business Strategy and Senior Management.

The Strategy Club is is a meeting place for inspiration, learning and connecting for CEOs, Company Owners and Entrepreneurs of scaling up startups, in the areas of Business Strategy, Senior Management and Innovation. The Meetings are hosted by the most Inspirational Business Leaders of Israeli companies, leading thier local, and especially international and global markets.

JIM The Strategy Club also develops, for learning and research purposes, a unique data base of more than 25 years exclusive Case Studies, based on the club meetings with our hosts- Israel's business leaders, as well as owners and CEOs of leading Israeli companies. The club meetings are focused mainly on Israeli international companies, technology or market leaders and unicorns.
